Knowing my part in this final project is essential because I'm working in a team and my colleagues depend on what I have to do for our project to succeed the way we want it to.
As producing is my primary responsibility, I looked into the typical roles producers take on during the production process. They take care of all important decisions. Producers will either choose and get the rights to scripts or come up with narrative concepts. They decide on the film's scope and spending limit and enlist the help of financiers, studios, and distributors to raise money.
I've started making thoughtful plans now that I'm aware of the tasks I must complete. I'm compiling a list of the things we need and checking to see whether they are within our means. Also, I am constantly revising the script to make sure it is flawless. I offer my suggestions whenever my team asks for assistance. Most importantly, because I'm working in a team, I'm making sure to inform every member of the group about all updates and pans so that we can all collaborate.
